This beauty, a Douglas DC-3 “D-CXXX” has had some memorable experiences. These aircrafts of the Allies became well-known during the time of the Berlin Air Bridge, which dropped critical supplies to the people of West Berlin. Our “Candy Bomber” table is a fine tribute to this historically important aircraft. Weeks of labor have gone into polishing the skeleton to a shine. With oiled oak cheeks edged (ID attached: D-CXXX) and a glass plate provided, this table is suitble for dining, presentation, or as a work space.
