Shipping and payment conditions

The following payment methods are available:

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).

If a valid EU-VAT-ID is entered, we will not charge sales tax.

Please note that additional costs for customs clearance and transportation may be incurred for deliveries outside the EU that exceed a value of €1,000. Please note the respective import regulations of your country.

Detailed information on the individual payment options:

Delivery on account: we have assigned our receivables to Mollie/Klarna as part of an ongoing factoring agreement. Payments with debt-discharging effect can only be made to Klarna. After receipt of the invoice, you transfer the amount to be paid by you to the bank account specified in the invoice within the payment period specified in the invoice. No discount is granted.

Payment via PayPal: Pay via the payment service provider PayPal using the information stored in your PayPal customer account without having to enter your payment information again. You can find more information on payment via PayPal at https://www.paypal-deutschland.de/privatkunden/.

Payment in advance: Pay in advance within 3 working days to the account specified on the invoice / in the order confirmation. The ordered goods will be dispatched after receipt of payment.

Terms of payment, default of payment

1. payment shall be made at the customer's discretion by advance payment, invoice via Klarna, credit card via Klarna, installment purchase via Klarna, Apple Pay or PayPal. B2L GmbH & Co. KG reserves the right to restrict the choice of payment methods between which a customer can choose, depending on order value, shipping region or other objective criteria. The delivery includes the invoice.

2. insofar as the payment method selected by the customer is not feasible despite contractual execution by B2L GmbH & Co. KG is not feasible, in particular due to insufficient funds in the customer's account or due to incorrect data being provided, the customer must inform B2L GmbH & Co. KG or the third party commissioned by it to process the transaction shall reimburse the additional costs incurred as a result.

3. B2L GmbH & Co. KG shall be entitled to use the services of trustworthy third parties to process the payment:

a) If the customer defaults on payment, B2L GmbH & Co. KG may assign its claims to a debt collection agency and transfer the personal data required for payment processing to this third party.

b) In the event that third parties are involved in payment processing, payment shall not be deemed to have been made in relation to B2L GmbH & Co. KG shall not be deemed to have been made until the amount has been made available to the third party in accordance with the contract, so that the third party can dispose of it without restriction.

4. no cash discount shall be granted.

5. advance payment shall generally apply to orders for design services/custom-made products from B2L GmbH & Co. KG, advance payment shall generally apply.

6. in the event of default in payment of a not insignificant part of the invoice amount or if the payment claim of B2L GmbH & Co. KG if it becomes apparent after conclusion of the contract that a claim to consideration is jeopardized by the other party's inability to pay within the meaning of Section 321 BGB, B2L GmbH & Co. KG shall be entitled to demand immediate payment of all claims.

7. the assertion of further claims due to default of payment shall remain reserved for B2L GmbH & Co. KG reserves the right to assert further claims for late payment.
