Q: Do you use really original aircraft parts, which were airworthy?

A: We mainly use original parts such as side walls, wing parts, etc., which were actually in the air.

Q: Where does my airplane part come from?

A: For each of our products, our customers receive a type plate on which data such as First flight, registration, type of aircraft, etc.

Q: Can I also have furniture as a custom-made product according to my wishes?

A: Of course, you can simply send us a non-binding inquiry by telephone or email, we will endeavor to offer you a tailor-made solution as soon as possible.

Q: Why are some products currently not available?

A: Since we manufacture our furniture from original aircraft parts, we are always dependent on these raw parts being available. We can always only process the material, which was, of course, previously patterned and no longer has an air license.

Q: Why are delivery times so long for some products?

A: We always manufacture our products only from order, since the customer always has a co-linguistic right with regard to form, color, etc., so we start production only after the order has been completed.

Q: Why are some products so extremely expensive?

A: The prices for our products are calculated in such a way that the costs for development, production, image material, origin inspection, forwarding costs to us and subsequently to the customer as well as marketing and sales are covered for products which we can only produce in small circulation can. In addition, unfortunately, the fact is that we also get the "old scrap parts" contrary to the general opinion is not given. On the contrary, the aircraft recovery companies know very well that there is still a buyer's market for this material which is no longer certifiable.

Q: Unfortunately I have not reached anyone on the free number, what is going on?

A: Our company is still in the start-up phase, so all workers have to be divided into several tasks. Therefore, it is also possible that all employees in the workshop are active and a telephone call is therefore not possible at the moment.
