Flugzeugmöbel.de and the Yaks

We, the holding community of the Jak 52 TW SP-YWE and the Jak 54 LY-DOC, have been proud to represent Marius Krämer and his startup "flugzeugmöbel.de" since 2017. The philosophy of the company meets exactly our "nerve": experience fascination aviation, technology, aviation, its origin and its aesthetics with skin and hair!

Our story:

Since 2011, pilot Benjamin Schaum has been flying the Yak 52. With more than 1,500 hours of total experience on gliders, ultralights and aerobatics, with more than 50 different flown types, he has come close to the "Russian diva". Until 2014, with the first Yak 52, which last flew in his hand as "T7-TOY", there were always technical and administrative problems, but then he was able to participate for the first time in competitions and parallel to start his career as a display pilot. Since then, he has collected more than 500 hours on various yaks (yak 50, 52, 54, 55) and has become more and more an avid and passionate pilot of the "red stars" every hour! In 2015 he received his current machine, a Yak 52 TW ("Taildragger West Edition") with the registration SP-YWE, which he now operates in a holding community. This machine is one of the last to be produced in the Aerostar factory in Bacau, Romania, long after the "Wende" in 2005. It differs from the original Soviet version by a modified wing with slightly more span, another tank system, fully aluminum planked oars, a more powerful engine, a 3-blade Mühlbauer propeller, their tail wheel arrangement (which does not like the 52 TD rebuilt, but specially designed) and a completely revised Western instrumentation and avionics. She has kept her interesting flight characteristics, but a unique flying pattern has been added. In aerobatics pilot Benjamin Schaum shows what the machine has on it. He moves her gracefully through an Intermediate program with some breathtaking freestyle maneuvers.

On the days of the flight he is accompanied by his reliable crew: his wife Melanie and his owner's community colleague Sven. The purpose of founding the keeper community in 2017, however, was not only the common fun in flying - It is emerging from a new star at the Yak-sky: one of 2 Yak 54, located in Europe was available. This aerobatic racer had to be taken "home"! In the meantime, all the formalities have been completed, and the machine is ready for take-off for the 2018 season. Also on this machine we proudly present the logo of "flugzeugmöbel.de"!

The crew:

Pilot: Benjamin Schaum, b. on 25.01.1977. He began his gliding career at the age of 14 and now has around 2500 hours of flying experience on more than 50 aircraft. In addition, he works as a "Class Rating Instructor" especially on tail airplanes.

You can book Benjamin and his crew for you flight day. Please note that the season starts already in the autumn of the previous year. They take care of the provision of all forms, authorizations, authorizations and proofs required by the pilot side for the approval of the flight demonstration, of course.
